Complete construction of a 2-story tilt-wall call center. I was responsible of receiving and processing of the submittals and coordinating the pickup and return of the submittals to the Architect back to the contractors.

The Historical Renovation of the original American Heritage Life Insurance headquarters in downtown Jacksonville, FL. Scope included the complete demolition all the interior walls, elevators, stairwell, and adjacent annex building. The building exterior was kept in tact as-is. The first floor included street-level retail as well as the apartment offices and amenity center. On the 17th floor there were 7 2-story, loft-style units. The remaining 15 floors each had 8 unique floor plans per floor. After completion of construction, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
