As Chief Operating Officer of Ronin Contractors, Severina provides oversight to administrative and support functions of the business. She manages the accounting and financial reporting functions, as well as project administration and job costing functions. She provides oversight for financial reporting and analysis, including managing relationships with lenders and investors in the business. Severina brings over 25 years of commercial real estate development experience including accounting, finance, acquisitions, and development in multifamily, industrial, office, mixed-use, and master planning.
